For anyone suffering, please give my podcast a listen. Speaking football, personal life and mental health, if you can spare 90 minutes of your time, sometimes people aren’t what they may seem, remember, be kind, you’re not alone❤️

@Cornishfootball Thank you for taking some time to listen Dave. I’ve been portraying this happy person for years when in actual fact, I was the shadow of the person I used to be but I’m on the mend now, feeling so much better and couldn’t be any further away from that point. Great 11 hey😂 goals!
💚 Today is World Mental Health Day.
Across the Jewson Western League this afternoon, players, managers, match officials, volunteers and supporters will be heading to games. Football gives us so much – routine, friendship, and somewhere to belong. But behind the result, the kit bag and the tea hut, plenty of people are carrying things the rest of us can't see.
This year's theme is "Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change" – a reminder that one of the most powerful things any of us can do is simply listen.
So at the ground today, ask a teammate, a fellow volunteer or the person stood next to you how they're really doing – and give them the time to answer.
If you're struggling, you don't have to face it alone:
📞 Samaritans – 116 123 (free, 24/7)

It's OK not to be OK. It's always OK to talk. 💚

@KJMsport57 Youre welcome Kev. For sure it is and I know there’s people out there within the local football community who are also suffering. They aren’t alone, if anyone needs someone to speak to, I will always be there. Whether they know me or not🤝
Don’t watch this if you’re not ready to cry.
AFA just said goodbye to Messi.
“Thank you, Leo. Thank you for making all of us better. Your legacy will be eternal.” 🥹🇦🇷
