@gioedwrds After you declare yourself "done" for the day, immediately write down and bullet-point what you're going to do tomorrow while it's still fresh in your head.
This eliminates wasted energy on guessing and worrying about what you need to do when you sit down the next day.
Correct. Where do they focus their energy?
A lot of people think that improvement = likes and clicks on social media, which is why they rush to post a constant stream of WIPs that don't get finished.
What are they doing in the spaces between the dopamine spikes? Honing technical prowess and changing what they apply, or simply swinging harder and faster inside of a static, circular loop which keeps them stuck at the same skill level?
"Emily.Q vs Emily.F"
My submission for the combo challenge: time a fight to a provided soundbite!
Character model Emily is property of @dillongoostudio.
I learned a ton from the feedback and it was fun as hell seeing everyone's submissions.
I wanna do this again sometime.
It's always the narcissists that bitch and whine about violent art ("video games cause violence" levels of room-temp IQ) because the narcissist fears that violent art might actually show others who the narcissist is in real life... a monster that inflicts pain without thinking.
The empath that's been consistently intruded upon is the one that finds comfort in violent art. Not necessarily out of revenge (although that is sometimes the case), but moreso out of empathizing with a character that actively stands up for themselves and draws the boundary.
Went back and cleaned up some VFX that I used in my last two animations. The video shows a quick demo. I posted the .BLEND file in Discord, also available for free on Gumroad https://t.co/Zf9uzQRXyD

My upcoming Blender Compositor Line Art addon offers a huge amount of control. It uses attributes and AOVs, meaning you can customize lines on the mesh or material level! But it also means complex setup. So I'm including options that make it easy to add and remove.
