FACT: Texas does not have the budgetary means to fund two educational systems. So shifting education funds into the ESA voucher system will eventually require them to shift money out, essentially defunding the public school system. *Phew* the RRISD community really averted disaster by rejecting this guy. For the record, enrollment is 47,139 as of 11/05, & that's up from about 45,500 last year. We have 2 republicans on the school board. They're both moderates, unlike Josh, who is proving me right by claiming that his radical right-wing ideology belongs on the board. He called me a bully & blocked me. Bless his heart.
