@FedExIndia It's not about update. It's about charging for a service i.e. Live Tracking which is unreliable. How is this a good business practice to charge your customer for something which is unreliable? This is not done!!!

@FedExIndia Package delayed. When I mentioned LIVE Package Tracking shows the delivery was to be made last Saturday, I was casually told. Oh! That’s automated response, don’t go by that. Hello! You are charging me for LIVE tracking and now you are telling me it’s unreliable!
