Dear Railway Authorities of India
This train is standing from past 1 and half hour and sleeper coach gates are open but AC coach gates are closed and someone special I think VIP is sleeping inside the coach and the staffs are behaving to passengers like animals @RailwaySeva

Now they are asking to pay Rs78 k for mother board which is far more than original price Rs 48K
This became new way of fooling customers they do this to every customer who goes to claim warranty

My samsung laptop is under warranty bt service centre is saying it is voiding warranty the problem was since beginning and they are asking cost more than laptop price for mother board I got the laptop at Rs 48k but now they ask Rs 78K @SamsungIndia @PMOIndia @jagograhakjago

Service Engineer denied to visit my residence but the rule is service engineer should visit my residence than I went to service centre there service engineer told your laptop is voiding warranty condition as rusting was found inside @PMOIndia @SamsungIndia @GoI_MeitY

On Oct 23rd I bought a samsung galaxy book 4 (i7) laptop at 48k but when the laptop stop working just in 4 months I called customer care got no response for three continuous days than they replied on 4th day and booked a service engineer @PMOIndia @SamsungIndia @GoI_MeitY

They do it to every samsung customer who used to go to samsung service centre to claim warranty @SamsungIndia @PMOIndia @GoI_MeitY
They will say some water spot was found inside your mother board which is warranty void condition and they deny for the warranty

Fcing srious isues with my Samsung laptop (undr warranty) Repeted shutdowns now completely dead. Dnied onsite servic unfair “watr damag” claim and repair quotes up to ₹72K for a ₹48K device As a studnt this is unaceptable Case ID: 4432053753. Need resolution ASAP @SamsungIndia

@HP In 2022 I purchased a HP Victus 12 gen I5 Laptop guess what it is the worst product I ever got battery got fully dead in less than 3 years and I also purchased extended warranty but guess what at last I came to know that it does not include battery warranty in it

@HP more I tell you that If you want to purchase new battery it will cost more than 10000 and HP says it is student friendly.
