Around 11:30 p.m. HST last night, @NOAA's #GOESWest 🛰️ captured the eruption of Hawaii's #MaunaLoa volcano, inside @Volcanoes_NPS.

This imagery shows the heat signature and the sulfur dioxide released from the #volcano's summit caldera, Moku‘āweoweo.

@ptreviewer More people need to be comfortable treating men, but considering 1/3 of women have been assaulted by men, requiring them to go into that situation is poor direction for the profession.Let specialties exist, especially for people who have been consistently marginalized by medicine

@ptreviewer There are many specialties that are gendered - think OBGYN (people with vulva), urologists (many only see people with penis). Moral of the story is there is advanced training needed for each specialty and type of pt. Programs should teach exam in school but most don't. (1/2)

@KieranCarroll91 I think just make loan rates more reasonable/ competitive with home loans. There is no reason federal loans should be 8+ percent. It's just predatory.
