अगर यह सिर्फ ₹10 का मामला होता तो बात अलग थी। सवाल ₹10 का नहीं, व्यवस्था की ईमानदारी का है।
जब रेलवे हर छोटी गलती पर यात्री से जुर्माना वसूल सकता है, तो फिर यात्रियों से अधिक पैसा वसूलने वालों पर कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं? क्या नियम सिर्फ जनता के लिए हैं?
मोकामा स्टेशन पर टिकट मूल्य से अधिक राशि लिए जाने की शिकायत बेहद गंभीर है। यदि टिकट का मूल्य ₹305 है, तो ₹315 क्यों लिए गए? और अगर कोई अतिरिक्त शुल्क है, तो उसकी स्पष्ट जानकारी यात्रियों को क्यों नहीं दी गई?
रेलवे को तुरंत जांच कर सच सामने लाना चाहिए। जनता का पैसा कोई मजाक नहीं है। हर अतिरिक्त रुपये का हिसाब देना होगा।
पारदर्शिता नहीं होगी, तो सवाल उठेंगे। और जवाब भी देना होगा।
