Cliff, from my graphic novel THERE’S NO TIME LIKE THE PRESENT, always wears a fez when he watches Doctor Who, something I drew him doing in 2006, years before Matt Smith did it. I sometimes wonder if someone from the show saw the small press version of I produced back in the day.
