My customer service saga with @HP and @HPSupport continues. Bought a new printer, it arrived broken, paid for a 2nd printer and shipped the 1st one back when the new one arrived. Now being told it takes up to a month to receive my refund on the 1st one.

Two hours later, I have DM'd with support who couldn't find my case, spoken with two different reps because I was disconnected by the first one after getting to the final step of the order, and have paid for a 2nd printer so I can have it before returning the first one.
