Most founders misunderstand PMF.
PMF = PPF (Product-to-Problem Fit) + MMF(Motion-to-Market Fit)

PPF: People need your product.
MMF: You can reach more of those people profitably.

Solve a real problem + Retain customers + Scale acquisition = PMF

Why do users get logged out randomly?

First principles:

Login → Server A stores your session.

Next request → Server B handles it.

Server B doesn’t know you.

Solution: keep sessions in a shared store like Redis.

Simple idea, huge lesson in System Design.
