@UberEats @Barbie_Alindi This is completely unacceptable. I've wasted my time waiting for food that was never going to arrive. I expect a proper explanation and appropriate compensation for this experience. If this issue isn't resolved, I'll go on to file a case.

@UberEats @guiggss My Uber Eats order was cancelled after 1h30 mins of waiting. During that time, five diff riders were assigned to my order, and each one informed me that the restaurant was closed and they were waiting outside. If the restaurant was closed, how was I even able to place an order?
