Also entails the use of potassium cyanide..so was too uphill for me to for me do routine studies using miniSOG..I will revisit at some point of time though…

A glimpse of what alphavirus induced CPVII progenitors sculpted from the Golgi cisternae looks like in 3D. The complexity is unbelievable and the structural theme consistent. Serial section tomography. Who says that the Titan Krios was just meant for cryoEM!
