@Chan577708@KanwalSibal On the contrary, he's egging Munir to do something stupid which gets him k❗lled or exiled so that whatever faction he represents gets to grab power in Pindi.
@_mrchaturvedi@Sri_Kanth3005 Karna's only mention is about how much he's jealous of Arjun.
Like I said, Karna should be respected, for he's Suryaputra and a great warrior. But saying he's equal to Arjun is just foolishness. As I understand it, here's the order:
Arjun << Pitamah Bhishma << Everyone else.
@_mrchaturvedi@Sri_Kanth3005 If it's just archery, and not any Astras (if that's what you mean), then you don't even have to look for sources. Draupadi Swayamvar - Karna failed, Arjun succeeded. Also, in Dronacharya's Gurukul, Arjun was considered by far his best pupil.
@_mrchaturvedi@Sri_Kanth3005 Like I said, its hyperbole. Keshav also said Arjun is equal to himself. Mahadev said the same thing. Would you say Shri Krishna is contradicting himself, or is he contradicting Shankar Ji?
@_mrchaturvedi@Sri_Kanth3005 Mahadev, Shri Krishna and Indra have often called Arjun unmatched and invincible. In fact, Indra even says Karna isn't even a 16th part of Arjun. So your screenshots prove nothing.
@_mrchaturvedi@Sri_Kanth3005 Karna is to be respected for he's Suryaputra. But that doesn't make him equal to Arjun. Hyperbole is often used in Mahabharata. There are even instances of people calling Shalya, Jarasandh and Yudhishthir as the greatest warriors. But that doesn't make it so.
@aniketpratap110@AnnSriAi1986@adityajakki Some people even choose burhan wani as their hero, but that doesn't make him one. Mahabharata is very clear about who are the heroes, and who are the villains. People don't get a vote on that.
@Kal_Chiron@GrinchReality@Jo_SNK@vvaayu@Parikramah That is a very curious incident to me. The same event happens twice - first on the 3rd day, then the 8th. And they appear to be identical in how they flow. Which makes me wonder if it truly happened twice, or is this a case of copying one incident in two places.
@GrinchReality@Kal_Chiron@Jo_SNK@vvaayu@Parikramah > the seven akshauhani number duroyodhan specifically attributes to Arjun
I don't remember this part. It would be helpful if you can share the source.
But yes, Arjun is the prime contender. All Kaurav strategies started with - "How do we keep Arjun away from the main action".
@GrinchReality@Kal_Chiron@Jo_SNK@vvaayu@Parikramah I understand it to mean that Arjun is very restrained. While Bheema fully trusts his instincts, Arjun tries to intellectualise first. He doesn't let his instincts take over that easily. And when he does allow his instincts to take over, it results in something like the 14th day.
