So tired of @AmericanAir. Canceled flights are bad enough. Rude gate agents who "won't have time to help with that"make me want to give up 20 years of brand loyalty. #PHLGATEA11#flight493

@elonmusk my company manages the academy of spinal cord injury professionals. It's the leading academic society in sci/d. Would you be interested in dialogue with leadership about neuralink?
@Hertz "loyalty team" just chased this 15 year loyal customer away. With all the travel industry has been through you'd think they might "try harder" to maintain customers.
Starting a pool on how long it will take one of their "leaders" to review. Oh wait, we won't know. They conveniently said "review" not "respond" @AmericanAir
@rsaputelli We strive to provide you with a great experience and so sorry to hear that this didn't happen. We'll forward this to our leaders to review.
@AmericanAir Don't call me again and ask why you haven't seen me recently when you employ people like PHL "gate manager" Rosalind Cooper. #makingtravelharder
@AmericanAir Not only terrible and rude customer service, but insulting as hell to be treated like I tried to abuse the system. Like your announcements say, I have plenty of choices. Brand loyalty isn't worth the effort on @AmericanAir
@AmericanAir Then Ms. Cooper jumps in. "No! The bag is out of compliance and must go to baggage claim" I question why. And here's the part where you lousy my loyalty. She says "had you come to the desk in advance we'd have gate checked, but you lost that privilege when you tried to board."
@AmericanAir Here's the exec summary. Boarding aircraft in group 1.Agent stops me and says "bag too big, need to check" even though it's the same bag i carry on every flight, and i know it fits. But i just agree and offer the bag. Agent asks seat assignment and on hearing 6a gets gate check
@WestinRome@MarriottBonvoy Note to self... don't use the points you've accumulated over years of loyalty. Lifetime platinum (or whatever we call it now) won't get you a place to sleep despite mobile check in
@AmericanAir partners with Iberia on code share. NEVER book one of these flights. The agents on both sides have no idea how to manage the bookings. At the very least American should tell you are about to get hosed and they can't help. It's dishonest, $$ above service behavior.
