✈️On July 25, an ICE agent walked up to a Southwest gate in Dallas and told the gate agent he needed to get on board the Orlando flight to arrest a passenger.
The gate agent asked him for a warrant signed by a judge. But he didn’t have one. All he had was an administrative warrant, which is the kind ICE fills out themselves. It doesn’t involve a judge, and it doesn’t get anyone on an airplane.

The agent made that clear and denied him access. Next, he asked for the list of passengers. The answer was no to that too. The ICE agent left empty-handed.
There have been at least six other standoffs like this at Southwest gates in recent weeks, where airline workers have been turning federal agents away.

Laura Rojas Ortiz did what she was supposed to do. She showed up for a routine ICE check-in while applying for a visa and was detained.

BREAKING: The Israeli army has declared the Christian village of Taybeh—the last entirely Christian village in the occupied West Bank—a closed military zone, prohibiting Israelis, foreign nationals, and journalists from entering.

In practice, this means international activists, human rights observers, and journalists will no longer be able to enter the village to document or respond to the daily attacks by Israeli settler terrorists.

This is a deeply alarming new measure and another step by the Israeli government and army toward the ethnic cleansing of the last entirely Christian village in the West Bank. They want to do it in silence—without witnesses, without journalists, and without the world noticing.

Instead of arresting the settler terrorists responsible for these attacks, the authorities are banning the journalists and activists who document them from entering the village.

If this continues, the survival of the last entirely Christian Palestinian village in the West Bank is at serious risk.

ICE detain teenage U.S. citizen woman for hours—say her legal documents are "fake."

Agents then took her 2 minor sisters into back of unmarked car—including 4 year old.

She had social security card & drivers license on her—agents handcuffed her & booked her in detention anyway.

Her 15 year old sister said she initially had difficulty getting into the federal building because she was a minor and only had a school identification card.

She said agents then still did not immediately accept the birth certificate as proof of citizenship.

Brittany Ramirez Corona was arrested when she came to pick up her husband's car—after he was detained earlier.

Incident occurred on Tidewater Drive in Norfolk, Virginia.

🇵🇸 82% of all structures in Gaza are now damaged, roughly two-thirds of them completely destroyed, while Israel continues restricting materials Palestinians need to keep essential services running and build durable shelter, according to the UN’s August 7 briefing.

🔹 More than 200,000 structures across Gaza are damaged. UN satellite analysis found the number of destroyed structures has increased another 9% since the October 2025 ceasefire.

🔹 Most of Gaza’s 2.1 million Palestinians remain displaced in poor conditions, yet humanitarian groups have largely been limited to bringing in short-lived tents rather than durable shelter materials.

🔹 Requests to bring in engine oil have been repeatedly denied by Israel, and spare parts for machines are also severely restricted. The UN warned that hospitals, water pumping stations and bakeries could be forced to reduce operations or shut down entirely.

On Thursday, August 6, Brookfield police surrounded Amber Newell’s vehicle on I-94 and ordered her out at gunpoint after a Flock license plate camera flagged her car in a Milwaukee homicide investigation. She had nothing to do with it.

Milwaukee police had already cleared the vehicle but never removed the alert. Three days earlier, Milwaukee officers stopped her the same way — guns drawn, no explanation, her car towed. Brookfield’s chief says his officers did nothing wrong.

An automated alert is not probable cause. Two departments pointed guns at an innocent woman in one week because no one deleted a file, and both are calling it procedure.

@AmericanAir just landed on an American flight for vacation. We are parked on the tarmac even though there’s an open gate — it’s being held for a “bigger plane”. We are waiting for a gate our pilot says has a flight that boards in 15 minutes. Boarding will take 30 minutes. So that’s 45 minutes at least sitting and waiting when the open gate is visible out the window.

I am posting because our pilot literally said, and I quote, “you should call and complain. They don’t listen to the employees but they listen to you.” 🤷🏻‍♀️
