Update to channel-wide Disabled Monetization due to @google mistakenly disabling the Email Account tied to my AdSense (Day 7): Welp, the bad news and financial devastation continues…Please get this out there, because if they can do it to me, they can do it to you (or your favorite content creators). But let’s summarize: Last Thursday Google falsely and without a legitimate reason disabled my Email Account I use for AdSense. This subsequently caused ALL monetization on my channel to be disabled. I sent an appeal that night, but was never given a confirmation, and was then booted out of my account... Monday I was able to sign in just long enough to send a 2nd appeal. This one went through, and my appeal request was approved as confirmed by their email. Good news right? Wrong. Immediately after, I attempted to sign into my account to ‘verify’ as requested in their email…but despite having the correct password (again, I confirmed this), I was given an error message of “too many failed attempts”...after ONE attempt using the correct password. I FINALLY received some correspondence from the only form of Google support via their “Product Experts.” What was I told? That this is a KNOWN error on THEIR end, @Google is well aware of it, other people are experiencing, but they have no idea if/when it will be fixed. I am including an image of the reply. The most F***ed up thing? The "too many failed attempts, try again later" can mean 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, or 168 hours...there's NO way to tell which, and if you try to log in before this 'countdown', it resets and possibly increases. This is borderline (if not actually) criminal. I have already lost a week of revenue, and now they’re asking me to potentially lose 2 weeks of the income I rely on to make a living? Due to THEIR error?
