@EshaAA33 Firstly, your question is itself full of hyperbole. I doubt it is even possible for anyone to have literally every word be a lie. For example, for every word to be a lie, the sentence “Every word is a lie” would then actually mean “some words might be true”. It creates paradox.

@Liza137823 Looks like a vacuum. Like Air Conditioning, some builders installed a whole-house vacuum system. No need to lug an upright or canister vacuum cleaner throughout the house, just plug the hose into one of these inlets, and the system (usually in the basement) kicks on.
