One drawback of 1st approach is that it looks great in demos but not sure how it scales to actual day to day operational use? Will the user prompt the agent move to a different tab and then come back? Will the user lose the context of what the agent has done in the previous step?
How are user interfaces adapting to agents for B2B workflows?
Are people coming up with standalone UIs where the user interacts with the agent like a chatbot seeing the charts (how gemini is currently) or are there any other unique ideas that people are trying?

@DrinkPrime customer service is very poor. Can't sync with the machine after recharge. Raised a ticket and getting calls from customer service which are cut in 2 seconds. absolutely useless service

Cash zindabad! At the IPL final UPI didn't work as there was no network connectivity. Food stalls only accepted cash. I met 2 groups of college students, about 21 y, stranded without cash. Had to lend them some cash for food. Next morning they sent the money across on UPI.
@micitymic @spadjay true. I got an APM role after spending about 2.5 years getting domain knowledge and learning tech things on the side. personally wouldn’t be able to do that, so my own bias I guess
