The Senate just betrayed America again, not passing the SAVE America Act to protect noncitizen voting over citizens’ rights and refusing to restore minimum integrity to our elections.

There are 2 peaceful ways to fix this and restore power to “We the People”:

1. Vote out the Republicans who refused to support the SAVE America Act and win key Democrat races to elect a Senate that actually answers to American voters. This is harder to do with rigged elections in states like CA.

2. Get 14 more states to pass Convention of States legislation. Then, through an Article V Constitutional Convention, the states can then impose term limits, a balanced budget amendment, require U.S. citizenship for Congress, end the ridiculous 60-vote filibuster that stops real legislating by majority vote, slash lavish taxpayer-funded perks, and ban insider trading by legislators.

Congress must answer to “We the People”, not hide behind rules enabling corrupt elections that violate the law.
