@IndiGo6E My Istanbul-Delhi-Chennai flight got delayed by 2 hours. I’m on a 6-hour connecting flight, turning an 11-hour journey into 24+ hours. I requested lounge access for food & refreshments but was rudely denied & given only a bottle of water. The worst customer service!!

Despite it being just a year since purchase, I received the car back without basic cleaning. Extremely Disappointed with the after-service experience.
