@TataMotors I really wonder that your team cannot solve the feature login issue for new vehicle purchase even almost after two months. Standard ans of team is looking into it. Not sure what space technology is used that login issue of connected car feature is not getting resolved

@TataMotors Pls look into Incident No: INC1143693 related to IRA support. Its more than 1 month of new car purchase and team still unable to activate the connected features and standard answer is it is on priority. It was not expected experience for new car purchase at all.

@PuneCityTraffic @PMCPune Signal time very less at the turn of East Avenue Road to Cybage Tower Road (Kalyni Nagar signal) When coming from HH Aga Khan Bridge. Signal time is hardly is 10-15 sec. Cause of traffic as many people wait at turn for long time which blocks second lane.

Complain closed saying OTP shared. Explained order were in bulk delivering in days. Explain delivery situation. If not addressed, only option I see is through consumer court and cyber fraud complaint now as no one want to listen & understand facts.

9 days follow up now. explained situation to customer care. Over 2 hour+ of call with them. all useless answers. Contacted delivery agent who said item is in warehouse will deliver 2marrow. 9 days calling helpline and agent. No resolution #messhofraud #deliveryfraud ? #harrasment
