@IndiGo6E What is the cancellation policy ? According to your customer team , on cancellation my blue chip points and the amount paid will be lapsed..? Is that the blue chip policy ? I am sorry , I am premium customer facing this situation , but acceptable..

@IndiGo6E Very disappointed with Bluechip’s policy. I earned ~₹95,000 in rewards over the last year and used points to book Guwahati–Jaipur tickets (23 Jun 2026) for my wife and me. I only need to shift travel by 1 day and am willing to pay fare difference and airline charges. However, Bluechip allows only cancellation, causing loss of points worth ~₹25,000. The airline can then resell the same seats at a higher fare. How is this fair to loyal customers? Request Bluechip to permit rescheduling instead of forcing cancellation and forfeiture of reward value. #CustomerExperience #Bluechip #TravelPolicy

@AirIndiaX I'm currently on flight I5-744 from Jaipur to Delhi, seated in 23C. The limited legroom is making this journey quite uncomfortable. Many passengers share the same sentiment. Given this situation, I'm considering avoiding this airline for future travel.
