@AirIndiaX Going by that rule if some one books a ticket for an urgent concern and cancels it quickly to correct the mistake you will charge him entire free.

@IRCTCofficial I booked a train ticket for my Aunt who is a senior citizen. I mentioned I want to book the ticket only if preferred coach is allotted. Unfortunately, the ticket has been booked but in different coach. Could you please help here.
@RailwaySeva@RailwaySeva I understand I am saying I mentioned the preferred coach and selected the option book only if confirm berth is allotted. Then how this permutation worked. It could have got cancelled automatically if seats were not there.
