@virginmedia Disabling wireless on the superhub seems to have fixed things. Not ideal but will contact support next week if issues persist.

@virginmedia Both. Also tried Win 7, XP, OSX, Vista and an LG-Blu ray player for iplayer. Consistently bad on all. Not my hardware at fault.

@virginmedia it asks for phone no. I don't have phone service, so it won't let me proceed. Online service reports no faults=clearly untrue.

@virginmedia Any issues in BS31? Upload crawling at 0.2m, tried resetting everything, different comp etc. Been like it for the last 48 hrs.
