F/U to previous - partial LHB to 34C, 5 branch incl intercostals at T10, bi-iliac reconstruction. Lots of redundancy but it was needed for his habitus. No T1 or T3 (trusted our relining and cath angio). Lots of ways to tackle this one - challenging anatomy. #aortaed
