This is a disgrace. No contact through Customer Support online for five days, I spend 45 minutes on hold to finally speak to someone @Airbnb_uk @AirbnbHelp Guy says he'll get the person I had been dealing with to call immediately as he was in the office. Nothing. Silence. Again.

What I am uncovering about @Airbnb is more and more disturbing. If there are any news / media platforms that would be keen on looking into this with me then please do let me know. Shocked by what people have told me they have experienced by such a big company.

This is Disgusting of @Airbnb_uk @AirbnbHelp @Airbnb Clearly states a FULL REFUND if cancelled before the 27th July and we cancelled on the 25th July! 😡😡😡😡😡
