@GetSpectrum absolutely the worst .. can’t stand them what a joke of a company .. holding someone hostage with there cellular devices until they are completely paid off before you allow them to switch carriers .. #spectrum#suck
@RideGOTRAX bought two scooters from you a year ago one of them the battery has taken a crap and will not charge and you guys will not do anything about it offer a two-year warranty and only a six month warranty on the battery pretty crappy Warranty if you ask me
@OtterBox order 2 cases over a week ago and have yet to receive them.. have called multiple times and only answer I can get is they are on the way.. that’s how you treat your customers? SMH
@RideGOTRAX bought a new scooter about 3 weeks ago and already having problems with the battery after riding it for only a couple miles .. can only communicate with someone via email is crazy and then I can’t get a new one sent out to me till you receive mine back.. not happy
@ZAGGdaily I think it’s a little ridiculous that I have been waiting for over a week to have a replacement screeen protector sent to me because the original replacement sent to me was damaged in the mail.. I spent an hour on hold.. yep 7 days later still no replacement .. smh
@HomeDepot absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with @ store level and also the customer service level .. spend ridiculous amount of money on an appliance set that I am not satisfied with and the manager @ store level says there is nothing he can do
@Charbroil I reach out to customer service for an issue with my grill that is this than 2 years old and give model and serial and send pictures like the rep asked them I call back to make sure they were received and I get told that I can purchase a new lid for my gril .. really
During the application process - immediate response for everything. After move in, heater broken and it’s 32 degrees outside - crickets. Here we go again @InvitationHomes
