And I think everyone has rights to express against the system which is hectic for people. So I just express.

First adopt digitalization by the system, then employees will imitate the system. Here employees adopt digitalization but system still time consuming.

I have been harassed by their services and because of I leaved them in 2022. @AxisBank you didn't assist her for resolving issue but, you assist her for closing the account. Take it seriously.
