@soothsayer6662 @AnalystDC @frankfull79 @alexharfouche1 @pauleluard @bennpeifert What about it needs regulation? mREITs are funded with perpetual equity capital which is a better funding source that HF’s AUM .. and hedges often use more leverage with similar strategies .. regulate them first

@VegaVolgaVanna The NPL/RPL loan trade was over about 14 months ago. Some last bit to shake out. Resi credit still pretty risk free though probably for a lot long than many expect. Spreads did widen in 4Q but not enough to shake ‘priced-to-perfection’ risks. Not many easy trades left IMO
