4y ago a Hs boy of ours HS left studies due to his father's sudden deth. He was 15-16then.Facing too much financial problems to survive with his mother and 2 younger sisters. He contacted us for work.After some days we placed him a electricians shop for daily 200rs.

After 2ys he left that shop and started his own work in a rented shop. Mainly focusing on wiring and fan coil winding.
He became quite popular in his area as he was the only Hs electrican there.
Currently he earns more then 800-900 on a daily average plus extra from winding.

Many skilled tradespeople, like बढ़ई, वेल्डर, पाइपलाइन मिस्त्री, एसी/fridges technician have almost disappeared from the Hindu community. Worse still, these professions are often looked down upon within our हिंदू समाज, Yet these trades hold vast employment/रोजगार potential.
