Just a reminder.

Every year, before Holi, Diwali, Navratri, Sankranti, Pongal, Rakshabandhan, Dussehra, or Karwachauth, many so called "Christian, converts and secular” accounts on X, suddenly remember to preach about patriarchy, regressiveness, misogyny, environmental harm, noise pollution, and food wastage on Hindu festivals.

You lecture, moralize, caution, and criticize, demeaning, often mocking and belittling the Hindu majority when we are celebrating our festivals.

But today, on Christmas Eve, let me remind you, as perhaps no other Hindu will, to take a look at your X feed. You will notice that no Hindu is interested in how you celebrate your festival, how many trees you cut or decorate, whether you party late into the night, or whether you attend mass the next day, sober or otherwise.

That is how my society,... that is secure, content, confident, and free of guilt, behaves, without bitterness or disdain toward others.

For those, who think it is their birthright to connect every Hindu festival to a dark negative trait of humanity.
