@SuptFennoy My wife and I will have to make this work. I worry about my kids, as this generation already has difficulty communicating with others. To now be separated from school to start the year will make it even harder. Adults can do virtual, not kids. End rant. Stay safe!

@SuptFennoy parents will now have to choose do I work or stay home with my child. PBC already has thousands of kids getting meal plans. Parents will lose jobs. I’m sure this decision didn’t come easy, but it’s tough to swallow. Not sure what the purpose of the survey was for.

@SuptFennoy If parents choose to keep their kids home, then they should have that option and you should have teachers solely for virtual learning. I have a child with an IEP. He needs to be in school. This will be challenging for him and thousands of others.

@SuptFennoy I am a parent of 2 PBC students. I’m not sure what the purpose was to air over 5 hours of phone calls when the decision was already made. The result is very challenging for many of us. Options should be given instead of one size fits all approach. #disappointed!

Just want to take a moment and share thanks for #thankahungerhero for all they do with their No Kid Hungry platform. It is so amazing to know if there are organizations like this feeding children during these very challenging times. Thanks for all that you do!

@comcastcares We have had continuous Internet connection problems for the last week and we can’t seem to get it resolved through Comcast support. We’ve tried the troubleshooting steps and nothing has been accomplished. Upped my plan and still no improvement. Terrible customer service!

@NYGovCuomo Don’t people get turned down for life saving surgeries due to insurance not willing to cover? People die and there are things that can be done. I’m not wishing anyone to die from this, but we can’t only be concerned about folks dying from this virus and not regard other reasons.
