@amodestpropose @60Minutes This is so true! SCOTUS did not outlaw abortion. They decided that it was not a federal issue.. BECAUSE IT's NOT IN THE CONSTITUTION. Therefore, it's up to the states to decide. If constituents want it federalized, politicians need to draft and approve an amendment.
