John Wayne just appears. No announcement, no chair waiting.
Carson looks up like the Duke walked out of a Western and into his living room.
They talk about the Shootist, Carson City and a Wall Street Journal piece Wayne liked.
Wayne is already dying and still sounds like he has all the time in the world.
He came to say congratulations and left before he overstayed.
Watch how little he needs the camera.
That is what an actual movie star looked like when he didn’t have to sell anything.
Only John Wayn can walk into a talk show stage unannounced and have the host attention on command.
Respect well earned.
A 12-year-old boy whose emotional plea for help finding a treatment for his rare bone cancer touched millions has sadly passed away.
In a heartbreaking Facebook tribute, Will's mother shared that he "entered the presence of Jesus" just after midnight on her birthday:
"At 12:45am(central time)today, on my birthday, our precious Will took his final breath on this earth and entered the presence of Jesus."
"What a beautiful gift that God gave me today on my birthday….a celebration that there is no more cancer and Will entered into the kingdom of Heaven!!!! What better gift could I have received than to know my baby boy is sitting with Jesus and is cancer free…."
Will pleaded for his video to reach President Donald Trump and HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to help to find a treatment for his rare form of osteosarcoma, not only for himself, but for other children battling the devastating disease.
"Even if this won't work out for me, if this drug can get out in the future, it'll help hundreds of other kids. I really want it to get out in time for it to help me too. So y'all, please do whatever you can to get it out."
Will's plea eventually caught the attention of Dr. Mehmet Oz, administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, who helped connect Will's medical team with the doctors developing the experimental treatment.
Dana White explains why he hates men's mental health culture
"I hate this whole men's mental health stuff that they talk about. Unfortunately, when you're a man, you are the provider, you can't be that guy posting on social media, oh I had a bad day and I'm so sad"
"It's unattractive to other males, let alone women"
The reason Mayberry was so peaceful and quiet was because nobody was married. Andy, Aunt Bea, Barney, Floyd, Howard, Goober, Gomer, Sam, Ernest T. Bass, Helen, Thelma Lou, Clara, and of course Opie were all single.
The only married person was Otis, and he stayed drunk.
Tim Walz just a few days ago was climbing on the gate of his mansion urging protesters to keep causing “trouble” and fighting ICE.
An armed man just attacked agents and got killed.
See how that works? Minnesota officials are fueling this.
I was going to file my taxes but someone broke in last night and stole all the documents I would need to do so. Strange, they went right for my water heater and knew exactly where I hid my wads of cash, I mean, W-2s. Then they must have really been trying to get out in a hurry as my door was broken from the inside.
Hopefully the IRS is lenient with me and understands why I can’t file this year 🤷🏼♀️

When a dude with an accordion rolls up on a lawnmower, you know it’s about to get real.
Steve’n’Seagulls turn “Thunderstruck” into a hoedown and I am here for it.
6 phases most go through in life:
1. You’re lost
2. You’re found
3. You commit
4. You win
5. You get bored, arrogant + ungrateful
6. You recreate yourself & pursue leaving a legacy behind
The toughest phases are 3 and 5.
They both require change which is very painful.
