At 40, the most frustrating part of being a mature student is the assumption that i’m still in my 20’s & having 20yrs of work experience/other skills overlooked. A student status may not compare to 20yrs as a physio, but pls do not underestimate what we can bring to the table 🙂

With 5% increase from @thecsp and a 20% rise from @The_HCPC we are now looking at £45pcm to come to work. Its a struggle to see the current value of either in the real world, and no where near a deal that is a fair and equitable pay rise/conditions for NHS staff. Untenable #nhs

@PhysioArmstrong @LeeshaPhysio We’ve just done something very similar for our paediatric msk patients - almost like a quick fire drop in clinic - subjective mostly completed at triage over phone then one off face to face quick follow up and D/C to self manage, if appropriate
