@FedEx @FedExHelp - Having spent over $500 for priority shipment to India, I find that the package is sitting in Johannesburg 10 days later (probably enjoying a safari).

What is even more frustrating is that it is impossible to reach anyone at FedEx or talk to a human being to answer a simple question - when will I get my package?

The IVR is terrible - seems that whoever designed it only considered the best case scenario. The whatsapp interface is awesome if you only want "Sorry I don't understand" as a response for any question.

I would appreciate it if someone could reach out/DM me so that I can get some real answers.
