@Marco_Scola Illinois is one of the most mismanaged states in the country with $220B in unfunded liabilities. They aren’t investing anything, they are spending on progressive programs. The 80M or so they lose will need to be made up by taxing the citizens.

@Marco_Scola You obviously don’t understand, Illinois is no longer entitled to a great portion of those taxes, maybe they get some sales and hotel but the vast majority of other revenue is gone.
