@AccordionNoir @AccordionBruce I went as deep as I could. The dancer appears to be Sara Lezana, a flamenco dancer/choreographer. No info on the accordion. I assumed it was basque country by the hats: it was somewhere not far from Madrid. Those caps must have been ubiquitous 'en el campo'
