A dream came true through the collaborative efforts of Renuka Tandon President Amren Foundation, Usha Vishwakarma, and ADG Major General Gaurav Gautam.
Today, on the auspicious occasion of Bada Mangal, we marked the beginning of our pilot project with the NCC Directorate Uttar Pradesh: “Courage With Conviction: Standing Against Harassment.”
This new chapter promises to bring meaningful change in the fabric of our society by encouraging young cadets to stand firm against fear, silence, and injustice.
Courage with conviction means standing up for what is right, even when it is difficult. Harassment has no place in our ranks, our institutions, or our society. As NCC cadets, may their discipline, dignity, and unity become the strongest voice against harassment and injustice.
Grateful to everyone who made this important beginning possible.

Last year, around October 2025, I had made a quiet decision—to step away from LFF. It felt like the end of a journey shaped by uncertainty and difficult moments.

But sometimes, when the path ahead appears completely dark, something shifts. Not by design, not by personal will alone—but by a force that gently nudges you forward. And in that moment, you don’t return to the same page—you begin a new chapter.

After nearly a decade of building, leading and nurturing a vision, I have decided to step down as a Life Member of FLO.
Being part of the founding phase of FLO Lucknow (2015–2018) was about turning possibility into structure—laying the groundwork for a platform that could amplify women’s voices, leadership and enterprise in our city.
As Chairperson (2018–19), this vision translated into action. I curated and led initiatives such as:
•Leadership & Business Forums bringing together industry voices
•Entrepreneurship & Skill Development Programs enabling women to build and scale ventures
•Community Outreach & Social Impact Initiatives connecting purpose with action
•Curated Networking Platforms that strengthened collaboration and mentorship
My focus was clear—to move beyond events and build an ecosystem. A space where women didn’t just participate, but led, created and influenced.
Over time, I realised that my values around integrity, transparency and respect were no longer aligned with how key decisions were being made. Rather than compromise on these, I am choosing to move on with my head held high.
I am deeply thankful to the many FLO members who believed in me and worked with me.
What I built was not just a chapter, but a culture of ambition, resilience and shared growth. As I step away, I carry immense pride in the foundation I created and the momentum it continues to hold.
I now look forward to shaping new platforms in the cultural and creative space—continuing to build narratives that inspire, connect and create impact at scale.
Wishing FLO Lucknow continued strength, relevance and leadership in the years ahead.
