• Take too long over a goal kick? It becomes a corner.

• Take too long over a throw-in? The other team gets the throw.

• A substituted player must leave the pitch within 10 seconds. If not, his replacement has to wait 60 seconds before coming on, leaving his team with 10 players until then.

What punishment is adequate? Stripped of the title?

Living in the UK is now incredibly radicalising. This is what we have seen in the last two weeks alone: a gang of Afghans who entered the country illegally on small boats and lorries have been charged with 40 child sex offences: two Muslim men who visibly assaulted police officers have been let off from a further trial; a small boat migrant living in a taxpayer-funded hotel was found guilty of sexually assaulting two women outside nightclubs; an Islamist terrorist who plotted to blow up an army base is being released early; a white British boy was handcuffed by police and bled to death while saying “I can’t breathe” after the Sikh boy who murdered him claimed the white boy was “racist”; a Muslim man who called to “behead the Jews” was released on bail while white British people who tweeted their complaints about immigration have been jailed; a group of boys who gang-r*ped and filmed two girls escaped jail and were given fines of £26; a new study found that for every ONE young British person who is hired in Britain TWENTY-SEVEN young migrants from outside Europe; Islamic prayers are now routinely used to open local councils; another 1,000 illegals arrived on small boats in one weekend; it was revealed the First Lady of Sierra Leone owns a council flat in London while 1.3 million people wait on the social housing list; new data revealed that last year alone 800,000 migrants arrived in Britain while 246,000 British people left, half of whom are aged 16-34 years old; the country’s birth-rate collapsed to a new low of 1.39 while politicians refuse to even talk about how to support British families; a grooming gang in Dewsbury was jailed for nearly 300 years combined after assaulting children as young as 12.
