With the new season beginning next weekend, tomorrow we will be holding two interclub friendly T20 games starting from 11.30am 🏏
All welcome to come along and cheer on the teams, bar will be open and you can pick up a raffle ticket to win prizes at the bar 🍻
Our junior cricket nets begin on Thursday 5th February and will be led by Tom Flowers Cricket Coaching at The Rutland Cricket Centre from 7-8pm. Price per session will be £5.

We are deeply saddened to share the news that Will Swingler passed away yesterday at the age of 80. Will was devoted to Rothwell Cricket Club not only during his playing days but also as club treasurer over the past sixty years.

A win against Brixworth Seconds on the last weekend of the season secured Rothwell’s first team fifth place in the division.
Dean Spreadbury top scored with 48 runs and Marc Jackson scoring 45 both also took 4 wickets.
Final game of the season tomorrow. Rothwell’s first team play away to Brixworth Seconds starting at 11am.

Congratulations to Hassan Farhat for his inclusion on this week’s honours board following his 5 wicket haul in Rothwell’s win against Oundle seconds last weekend.
A win for Rothwell’s first team yesterday at home. Bowling Oundle out for 66 runs, Hassan Farhat took 5 wickets for 5 runs off 4.3 overs. Opening batsmen Marc Jackson, 29 runs and Bruce Jaftha 34 runs reached the total in 7.5 overs.

This year marks the 125th anniversary of Rothwell Town Cricket Club playing at our Desborough Road ground.
