4./ The Union thinks that the management’s decision is no different from suspending Choy’s duties. We don’t see the necessity to suspend a colleague’s duty as long as he or she is not involved in matters related to the court case.

3./ Choy was asked not to participate in the production of “Hong Kong Connection” since Nov 2020. The RTHK management believes that the most appropriate thing to do is to wait until the end of the legal proceedings to make further work arrangements for Choy.
