Il mondo salvato dalle nonne🧵
Norvegia.

@Emma_J_RealTalk Don't get the "Answer is not 12" bit ... is that aimed at Trump supporters who confuse addition and multiplication?

@SPQRSA@AJVenter7 1.) Stalin was bad, but sane!
2.) Trump is bad, but insane!
3.) Both labelled the media as "the enemy of the people"
4.) Both weakened their military by purging competent officers, Stalin arguably in more bloody ways, but Trump evidence still extant

@EdwardTWinz If Kuwait allowed the US to use their territory to attack the sovereign state of Iran every single point you just made amounts to useless waffle
IRAN JUST SUSPENDED ALL NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE UNITED STATES. HERE IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY NEED BEFORE TALKS RESUME.
Not vague conditions. Not "we will consider resuming." A SPECIFIC LIST. EXPLICIT DEMANDS. Front by front.
🇮🇷 Immediate cessation of Israeli military operations in Gaza → non-negotiable precondition for any resumed contact
🇱🇧 Immediate cessation of Israeli military operations in Lebanon → ceasefire violations are the direct trigger for this suspension
🇱🇧 Full Israeli withdrawal from occupied Lebanese territory → partial withdrawal is not acceptable
🇮🇱 Adherence to truce terms across ALL fronts → FM Araghchi stated the ceasefire is "comprehensive" — Lebanon is not a separate file
🇺🇸 US fulfillment of Lebanon ceasefire commitments → Washington must enforce what it agreed to, not just broker it
💬 Halt to indirect message exchanges through intermediaries → every back-channel is now frozen, not just formal talks
🛢 Strait of Hormuz activation on the table → Axis of Resistance signaling readiness if violations continue
🌊 Bab al-Mandeb activation on the table → a second chokepoint Iran's allies have threatened to close
💵 Frozen Iranian assets must be addressed first → Iran rejected the US offer to temporarily suspend oil sanctions during talks without full asset release
📋 No final framework reached in May 2026 → months of negotiation produced nothing binding before this collapse
💀 10 demands
💀 0 met before the suspension
💀 ZERO ambiguity about what Iran requires
💀 100% of the conditions are things the US cannot deliver unilaterally — they require Israeli compliance
Every condition on this list depends on Israel stopping operations Washington has not stopped.
This is not the first time. April 2026: identical suspension. Identical demands. Talks only resumed when pressure shifted. Now they're frozen again.
Araghchi's 48-hour-old statement is still the operating doctrine. These are the conditions at HOUR ZERO.
I'll share more updates shortly. Turn on notifications, this is very important.
"Hipkins is right to oppose this. And all I can say is bring it on. Now more than ever not only is the policy very popular, it is also the right thing to do ..."
The timing of the recent suggestion by Chris Penk that New Zealand should review its nuclear free policy makes you wonder if the Trump Administration has applied pressure to do so.

The Israeli army advanced into residential areas and opened fire directly on civilians, forcing families to flee, leaving behind their homes, belongings, and everything they owned in a desperate attempt to survive.
During the displacement, the brother of one of my friends was killed before his eyes. My friend was unable to carry or bury his brother’s body after Israeli soldiers threatened to kill him if he approached it, forcing him to leave and abandon his brother’s body behind.
Israel has committed horrific massacres and crimes against us, leaving behind suffering and tragedies that are beyond words.
@YvetteCooperMP Hezbollah at least is in and defending their own country, where they are also a major parliamentary party. Should you not be calling on Israel to stop attacking them? And calling on Israel to retreat to their own borders?
