Prop 1 clearly states that it is "intended to control over any other section of Idaho Code..."
Read it here: https://t.co/INhojcChEB
It would override Idaho Code 18-609A among others, which requires parental consent for abortions for unemancipated minors.
Vote NO on Prop 1!
The truth is all we need to stop Prop 1. If you are against late-term abortions, removing parental consent from abortions, and keeping women and children safe, vote NO on Prop 1.

Prop 1 will not save lives. According to DOPL, maternal mortality didn't increase in the full year after the ban. Due to the prohibition, 1,500 healthy babies a year are now not being aborted. 95% of all abortions nationwide are completely elective with no reason given.
Vote NO.
Clear guidelines for viability are set for a reason. Prop 1 would leave that decision up to the health care providers who stand to benefit from the more lucrative late-term abortions if restrictions are eased. There are already examples of this happening in the United States.
A common tactic used by Prop 1 proponents is to frame it as a return to Roe v. Wade, however, Prop 1 will allow far more radical cases of abortion and fails to follow basic sense.

Pro-abortion activists claim that abortion bans increase maternal mortality rates but won't show you the actual numbers. Not only did they not increase in Idaho, but the offset from the lack of abortions saves many times more lives.
Prop 1 is not about saving life. Vote No.
A consequence of Prop 1's purposefully unclear language is that as long as a baby *might* require a NICU or even oxygen, it's completely up to the personal opinion of the "health care provider" whether an abortion is permitted.
Vote NO on Prop 1.

Prop 1 is NOT common sense. It would create an exception for abortion to be the only procedure for minors that doesn't require parental consent. Prop 1 is far too radical and extreme for Idaho.
Vote NO on Prop 1.

Excluding parents from the abortion process leaves minors incredibly vulnerable to reproductive coercion. Teenage girls are even more vulnerable to abusive partners and report much higher rates of reproductive coercion.
Vote NO on Prop 1.

AG Raúl Labrador's office gave Idaho Signal Live an exclusive blistering statement on Prop 1 advocate's stream of misinformation about doctor's not being able to save the life of pregnant mothers.
Please read!
Thank you @Raul_Labrador
Idaho’s Prop One is on ballot this November- it’s abortions up to 9 months and “women’s health” (aka sterilization, aka trans)
Wydaho Roasters coffee in Driggs booted a group meeting to plan to campaign against it. Give them the Bud Light treatment.
Ignore the lies that Prop 1 has anything to do with protecting the health of women. Abortion pills alone cause serious adverse events in 11% women who use them.
Vote NO on Prop 1.
