Hey @Decathlon (India) extremely disappointed with the app experience. Ordered gear for a trek relying on the promised delivery date of Dec 6. Two days later you pushed it to Dec 11 which is completely useless for my trip.

I was forced to cancel and reorder for store pickup. Now I have lost my first time user coupon NC300 plus I will spend extra 500 Rs and 2 hours just to travel to the store to fix your logistics error.

HELP! Lost my wallet in an @inDrive ride on Nov 20, 2025. The driver claims they didn't find it, but it contained all my vital cards and IDs. Posting this on behalf of my dad, who bought the TV from @cromaretail Elante Mall, Chandigarh.

@cromaretail @tcl_india @TCL_Global What an absolute nightmare this has been.

We bought a TCL 65C6K 4K Mini LED TV from Croma Elante Mall, Chandigarh on Oct 2.
Was told it will be delivered in 5–7 days and installed on the same day.

Delivered on Oct 8, but no installation till Oct 11.

TCL assigned Mobee Shopee for installation, and they have been ignoring calls for 3 days straight.

Every time we called TCL support, they said “technician will come today.” Then today, they suddenly closed our case saying TV was not delivered.
