『SBTの方法:PSV vs. Tピース』と題して勉強会を行いました(N Engl J Med. 2022 Nov 17;387(20):1843-1854. )。抜管ハイリスク患者に対しての研究です。施設によるSBTの方法の違いなど結果の解釈には注意が必要ですが、個人的には予防的NIVが8割の患者で使用されていたことがとても印象的でした。
