CATCH | The conditions felt more like winter than summer and I knew that was the trigger to go fishing. Overcast, swell & decreasing tides mean only one thing to me. So on went the white lure in fizzy water and of course the lure I was going to use first was "the locals lure" (the 4" split shad). As the tide pushed in and on the initial drop once again the bass hit the lure. I knew it was a solid fish due t its weight and size and I reeled it back very slowly taking my time. It went 62cm and it's weight was 4.5lb. Lovely fish caught on the lure.
Very pleased.
