@EE I ha e spoken to countless people on your help desk and none of them have been able to give me a definitive answer. I have been explaining that I need the broadband installed and working by the 12th of May because I work from home and this is clearly no longer possible.
Absolutely appalling service from @EE. Despite trying countless times over the last three weeks, they have been completely unable to arrange a very simple home move and can’t work out why. One advisor even told me I would just have to switch provider. Looks like they have lost us
I always used to rate @VirginAtlantic as one of the better airlines and one of the most honest. No longer. Jody had been saving up her airmiles for us to have an amazing trip somewhere when she got through her cancer. Sadly that never happened. 1/4
towards the tickets never existed and were never taken even though I have email proof of it. So not only have I now lost the trip I was so looking forward to. I have now lost all the points that Jody worked so hard to save for a trip of a life time. 4/4
I knew that she would have wanted me to use the points for this.
Sadly, due to other circumstances I had to cancel the trip. I requested a refund and have received the cash element back. However @VirginAtlantic are claiming that the 270,000 points I used 3/4
Her 375,000 points were transferred to me when she died in November. In February I used most of those points to book seats to fly to LA to support a friend swimming the Catalina Channel, a swim that Jody should have been doing. 2/4
I knew insurance companies were bad but @Vitality_UK take the biscuit. Not only did they take 2.5 months to approve a life claim, now that it is approved they are stalling on actually paying the money. Every time I talk to them they give a longer timeframe.
@dave42w @Onyourssix @JENBROOK8 @Mrbubba999 @MatBurnham I agree that she is in the wrong, but he is not as innocent as he would like to make out. He escalated that situation unnecessarily. Had he just ignored her impatience, he would not have been in any danger and the situation would not have happened.
@giddyvil@yellowyell @NorthantsChief Ok. Let’s put this in perspective. Up until the point he decided to block her in, all she had done was beep her horn out of impatience. I would have just flipped off the driver and cycled on. But no, he had to do the big I am and block her in.

All she did was beep her horn, he decided to make a big deal out of it by blocking her in, now who escalated the situation unnecessarily.Should have just flipped her off
@dave42w @Mrbubba999 @Onyourssix @MatBurnham Preventing someone from moving away by placing your bike deliberately close in front of them could be considered an offence because you are unduly preventing them from leaving. She could easily claim that she was wrong for beeping but then felt intimidated by his actions.
@yellowyell @NorthantsChief It could be said from the drivers perspective that by getting off his bike deliberately moving it front of the car and essentially blocking her in, that he was acting in a threatening manner.
@GarethM79@StephJMorgan1@MatBurnham So would a prosecution for assault because he put himself in that position and deliberately blocked her in. There was no need to get off his bike and place it in front of the car.
@SuMitch06417940 @BBCLauraKT But the French aren’t even manning all the booths that already exist so having more booths won’t make it any better. It will just mean more lanes closed off.
@StarbucksUK what is going on with your Rickmansworth store. Not open when it’s meant to be and can’t pick up my drink ordered on the app. This is the third time in as many weeks. This store is really doing you a disservice.
@BootsUK What ever happened to punctuality? Your Rickmansworth store used to open at 8am. It now opens at 9am and even then you don’t open on time. Staff sauntered in at 9.05 to open doors. Even after 6 days you still don’t have my prescription either.
