IRS/Treasury Dept is phasing out paper checks for refunds and Federal benefits as of the end of this month. For those who still receive paper checks for Social Security, Veterans benefits, or any other federal benefit, contact the agency that handles your benefits ASAP.
Reminder - 2025 3rd Quarter Estimated Tax Payments are due 9/15/25 along with extended 2024 Partnership and S Corp Tax Returns. Also, prepare to transition to electronic payments ONLY to IRS for businesses and individuals - this reg may be instituted at the end of this month.

IRS is erroneously mailing CP59 Notices to taxpayers, requesting 2024 Tax Returns, when the taxpayer has filed their 2024 Tax Return or timely filed an extension. No need to panic when an IRS Notice is received. But, do not ignore. Let us know if our office can assist.
