@AmericanAir I checked my high-end guitar flying out of Orlando. When I picked it up, the case was visibly damaged—like it had been left out in a torrential downpour. Inside, the guitar was soaked, with standing water, warped and cracked wood.

I filed a claim. It was denied with a generic “we don’t cover scratches/dents” response. I was told to go to the airport—where they told me to call the 800 number. That sent me in circles with no resolution.

This guitar is worth ~$2,800 and may be ruined. I’m a musician—this is not just luggage. I need real help and accountability. Please make this right. #AmericanAirlines #CustomerService @americanaity

#sprint #tmobile Customer service is a joke. Their new "better" combined service is worse than it was with just Sprint. Their CS people have no clue what they are doing in store or on the phone AND they add a bunch of charges to the bill and don't even tell you. Time for a change

@alhambrajax needs to do better. Our group of friends bought tickets for 6 people on Saturday for Sunday's showing. Sunday we were told they had to close due to cast members being exposed to Covid. $453 in tickets and they won't issue a refund. Also they only closed 2 days.

@sprintcare We were told that the lease was for 18 months. Then after 6 months the phone would be paid for. NOW after paying several months thinking we were purchasing the phone we are being told we did SAY we wanted to do that so we're just paying for the sake of paying.
